1. How do you get that amount of stones? The dragon stones are farmed from events (EZA's , Quest, Dokkan events, etc).

2. Can I get banned? Zero bans on my accounts but there's always a possibility.

3. Can I get a refund? No, Refunds are only if I make a mistake. 

4. Why do I have 0 dragon stones after downloading the data? Remember that you can't change OS in Dokkan with the same amount of dragon stones. If you use iOS purchase an iOS account, if you use Android, purchase an Android account.

5. I did a purchase, now what? After the purchase you receive an email with the instructions to follow.

6. I can't find the email with the instructions, what do I do? Please check again (Junk, spam folders) or contact us through our social media.

7. I followed the instructions and answered the email, now what? I will link your new Dokkan account with the info you sent me, wait for my confirmation email.

8. Can we use Gmail to link the account? No.

9. Whats wrong with you? Why you don't send the confirmation email?  Check "Delivery time" (everyday 10am - 10pm CST-Mexico City)

10. It takes 1 hour(more or less) to deliver the account.
